Verbs - Subjunctive Mood (L.8.1c)

Subjunctive Mood-the verb expresses a wish, a strong desire/suggestion, or a statement that goes against facts
Example: I wish I were taller!
I wouldn't do that, if I were you.
I desire that the cake be cut now!
Notice that the verb form does not "agree" in the way that we would expect.
