Chapter 11: Mediterranean Society: The Roman Phase : Architecture, Innovation, and Philosophy in Ancient Rome Quiz

Quiz
*Theme/Title: Architecture, Innovation, and Philosophy in Ancient Rome
* Description/Instructions
The architecture and innovations of the Roman Empire can be directly traced the Greek Empire, and should be seen as a further development of these ideals. With this said Roman engineers and architects were able to create a city on a scale never seen before and embolden the philosophical ideals of the Greeks onto a larger population than have previously been imagined. The enormity of the Roman Empire alone allowed for the spread of innovations and ideas through out the Mediterranean basin and beyond. Like the Greeks before them these ideals and innovations would set the foundations of Western Europe.
