Simple Verb Tenses

Simple Verb Tenses - Verbs have three simple tenses.
The present tense – is formed using the base form of the verb. When the subject is in the third person, an –s is added to the end of the base form.
The past tense – is formed by adding –ed to the end of a regular verb.
The future tense – is formed by adding the word will before the base form of the verb.
