Comparative and Superlative

An adjective is a word that describes a noun. An adverb is a word that describes a verb. Comparative adjectives and adverbs compare two words using "more," "less," or the ending "er". Superlative adjectives and adverbs compare three or more words using "most," "least," or the ending "est".
